Mr Tiveron started his career with Arthur Andersen in Italy and the USA.
For a number of years, he worked as a senior executive with industrial groups, involved in strategic planning, corporate finance and tax planning.
In 1987 he contributed to the creation of Finanziaria Internazionale and subsequently, in 2001, of 21 Investimenti, where he was in charge of acquisitions and finance.
He graduated in Economics from the University of Venice. He is a Chartered Accountant and has taught Corporate Finance at ISTAO University in Ancona and at the Associazione delle Piccole e Medie Imprese in Treviso.
Partner and Managing Director
Franco Valvasori has spent most of his professional career as a senior manager in a number of industrial companies in North-East Italy.
From 1991 to 1996, he worked as CFO of Daneco Danieli Ecologia, a prominent engineering company in the region. He was then appointed as Finance Director of Domino-Albatros, a company owned by 21 Investimenti, for which he subsequently managed the sale to Sanitec Group.
This was followed by senior management positions at Telit Mobile Terminals and Danieli & C, one of the major international producers of iron and steel plants.
Franco joined the Team in 2002, following the creation of Alcedo.
He has a degree in Business Management from the University of Venice.
Partner and Managing Director
Michele Gallo started his career in 1993 at Arthur Andersen where for 5 years he was involved in audit, due diligence, consulting and corporate restructurings in diversified sectors.
From 1998 to 2001 he worked as a Senior Advisor for a primary M&A firm in Treviso, one of whose main clients was 21 Investimenti.
He joined the Team since the creation of Alcedo, following some of the main investments in all their phases, from sourcing to closing, investment monitoring and exit.
He’s involved in Fund Raising activities, in Italy and abroad, and in keeping relations with Italian and international investors.
Michele graduated in Economics from the University of Venice and is Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor.

Sonia Lorenzet started her career in 1997 with Arthur Andersen working on international audit and consulting assignments across Europe.
Sonia joined the Team since the creation of Alcedo, following some of the main investments in all their phases, from sourcing to closing and exit .
She graduated in Business Management from the University of Venice and is Chartered Accountant; she attended master in finance at IFAF and held courses on Finance, Strategy and Company Valuation Methods at Padova University.
Marco Guidolin started his career in 2001 as a project analyst at 21 Investimenti.
In 2002 he joined the Alcedo Team where he was involved since the beginning in investments in all their phases, from sourcing to closing and exit. He’s involved in Fund Raising activities, in Italy and abroad.
He graduated in Economics from the University of Venice.
After holding a number of management positions with Italian industrial companies (Zanussi, Franco Angeli ISEO, Chiari & Forti), Giovanni Gajo founded Gajo & Associati in 1980, a management consultancy and head-hunting firm working with some of the largest industrial groups in Northern Italy. In 1987 he contributed to the creation of Finanziaria Internazionale and subsequently, in 2001, of 21 Investimenti, where he acted as Vice-Chairman.
Giovanni also served as Chairman of SANPAOLO IMI Fondi Chiusi as well as Chairman and Managing Director of a number of industrial companies mainly from the North-East Italy. He is a prominent member of the Presidency of Veneto Industrialists where he’s delegate for Corporate Finance.
He graduated in Economics from the University of Venice and in Psychology from the University of Padua.
Filippo Nalon started his career in the Advisory division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006. From 2007 to 2010 he was a Senior Analyst at Camelot and subsequently from 2011 to 2018, an Investment Manager at Dea Capital Alternative Funds. He joined the Investment Team of Alcedo as an Investment Director in February 2018 within which he is involved in all phases of the investment operations, from sourcing to closing and exit. Filippo Nalon graduated in Business Management and Finance from the University of Venice and completed his Master in Management at ESCP-EAP in Paris.
Alessandro Zanet started his career in 2011 as analyst for Unicredit CIB and then for Finanziaria Internazionale. In 2016 he joined the Alcedo team, where he is currently involved in the analysis and structuring of private equity investments.
Alessandro Zanet graduated in Finance at Bocconi University of Milan and had two internships at Banca IMI and Crédit Agricole CIB.

Sybel Fetta started her career in 2011 as Investment Analyst in Alcedo, where she is currently involved in analysis and structuring of private equity investments.
Sybel Fetta graduated in Economics and Finance from the University of Venice.
Senior Investment Analyst
Francesca Gajo joined the Alcedo Team under SANPAOLO IMI Fondi Chiusi until 2008, developing a sound experience in market research and structuring of private equity investments.
During the period 2008-2012, she worked in the accounting department of leading operators in the engineering industry.
Currently she is an Investment Analyst in Alcedo.

Gioia Ronchin started her career in 2016 as M&A analyst for Pirola Corporate Finance. In 2017 she joined the Alcedo team, where she is currently involved in the analysis and structuring of private equity investments.
Gioia Ronchin graduated in Business Administration and Law at Bocconi University of Milan and had two internships at KPMG and Pigreco Corporate Finance.
